The name La Casita (little house) reflects the warmth and comfort Maricsa Trejo, the bakery's founder, wanted to create.Inspired by her Latina roots and her mother's endearing habit of adding "-ita" to everything cute, Maricsa imbues her French-inspired creations with a touch of Hispanic heritage.

From Traveling Baker to Hometown Hero

Maricsa's journey began in 2017 after she and her husband Alex returned from exploring the culinary world.
